This partnership marks a significant step towards addressing the pressing issue of climate change and its impact on our community, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to the adverse effects of climate change and provide a comprehensive assessment of the risks and vulnerabilities of the community to climate and disaster events, maximizing the potential of the community’s tourism industry while preserving its unique culture and environment and creating a more livable and sustainable community by integrating land use, transportation, and environmental considerations.
The activity will be conducted in collaboration with the LGU, which will provide us with access to critical data and resources. The LGU’s involvement is essential as they have a deep understanding of the community’s needs and priorities.
The project which will run for a year will have a budget allocation from LGU Rizal, Nueva Ecija amounting to 2.3 million pesos.
