Mr. Edmark Bulaong, a faculty member and first aid trainer of ICCEM, conducted a comprehensive session on basic life support for outgoing students preparing for their on-the-job training (OJT) on June 10, 2024 at ICCEM Climate Change Center. 
 
He provided essential training on various bandaging techniques for different types of injuries, emphasizing the importance of immediate and effective response in emergency situations.
 
During the session, Mr. Bulaong introduced the fundamental principles of basic life support (BLS), which include recognizing emergency situations, calling for help, and providing initial care to sustain life until professional medical assistance arrives.
Mr. Bulaong also focused on practical skills, guiding the students through hands-on training in various bandaging techniques. These techniques are crucial for managing different types of injuries, such as cuts, scrapes, fractures, and burns.
 
Meanwhile, Mr. Henrison Sanchez, faculty member from the Department of Environmental Science gave a detailed and informative talk on work ethics, focusing on the importance of professionalism and integrity, designed especially to help the OJT students get ready for their upcoming workplace experiences.
