As part of the capability building the DOST-NRCP (National Research Council of the Philippines) conducts a one-day national workshop on crafting a comprehensive STI roadmap today, October 05, 2023, through a hybrid setup.
By organizing a collaborative workshop, DOST and various partner institutions can work together in revisiting the national water security roadmap through the lens of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) framework. Crafting a comprehensive STI roadmap provides a strategic framework to guide investments and interventions, enhancing water security, and strengthening resilience throughout the country.
The workshop is expected to accomplish and deliver the inventory of water-related technologies and initiatives of DOST and other concerned agencies; gaps and challenges identified and priority areas for intervention determined; Adoption of MEL framework and Report on the 5-Year STI roadmap for CY 2024-2029.
